This compilation of stories, recipes, and photo essays expressed the immigrant experience through cuisine. In 2008 Tattfoo created a similar project with Staten Island residents, Nuevo Americana Recipes. ![]() Sponsored by a grant from the Diversity Council, Tattfoo’s visit will focus on gathering and presenting recipes from members of the college community, based on their own cultural heritage.
